Charming terrace for peaceful evenings in Rome.

One bathroom for four guests, odd bed placement in foyer!!! Trash left in kitchen upon arrival!!! Noise from street below can be bothersome!!! Suggest considering better noise insulation!!!

Incentrum was a wonderful choice for our family trip to Rome. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, well-furnished, and had high ceilings adorned with beautiful Roman art. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, and the presence of a Carrefour Express just steps away made grocery shopping a breeze. The terrace provided a lovely space for evening relaxation. Customer service exceeded our expectations, particularly from Elena, who was incredibly helpful. One inconvenience was sharing one bathroom with the kids, which caused some morning traffic as they crossed through our room. Noise from the street below was another issue. even with double windows, it disturbed our sleep at times. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, with a fantastic location close to cafes and shops. Would definitely return!

We stayed for three nights in a one-bedroom apartment while exploring Rome's iconic sights, including the nearby Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, both just a short stroll away. The apartment was spacious with beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds, making it a great base after long days of sightseeing. However, the configuration of the rooms was a bit odd, with a single bed in an inconvenient spot. Overall, we appreciated how close we were to popular attractions while enjoying the charm of the area.

Our Incentrum apartment was a peaceful haven, ideally located just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The small terrace was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the spacious layout comfortably accommodated our family.

Though the location was fantastic, we encountered minor inconveniences like sharing one bathroom that created some morning traffic, and the street noise occasionally disturbed our sleep.

I loved staying in a clean and nice apartment that was just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and close to amazing restaurants like Hosteria del Mercato, making it easy to enjoy our evenings out after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed in a spacious apartment that catered to our large family, including my nephew. The location was fantastic, just steps from the Spanish Steps, and the cozy restaurants nearby made dining enjoyable. The staff was always ready to assist with our needs.

In my wife’s opinion, having one bathroom was a bit challenging for us. A suggestion for improvement would be providing additional bathroom options for larger families.

The apartment was clean, spacious. high ceilings and lovely decor. The street had its charm with shops around, and the nearby pizza & gelato shop was a treat! Staff was helpful, which made our arrival smooth.
